- Tell us about your journey in the office interior and furniture industry. What inspired you to enter this field?
Office Talks came into existence from 2019 with a vision to revolutionize office lounge areas with aesthetic and functional furniture. My journey in the corporate interiors industry began long before I established this company. I completed my Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from Apeejay School of Architecture & Planning, which laid the foundation for my passion in workspace design. Over the years, I had the opportunity to work with prestigious organizations such as Morphogenesis, dwp interics, DSP Design Associates Pvt. Ltd., and Vara Studio, where I gained valuable insights into innovative office design and workplace functionality. I developed a strong passion towards revamping corporate areas after working with these esteemed organizations. I have always believed in creating workspaces which fosters positivity and creativity among employees. This belief of mine is one of the major driving forces behind Office Talks.
At Office Talks we offer innovative lounge interior solutions including furniture, acoustic panels, and modular partitions. Our goal has always been to deliver complete solutions that seamlessly integrate design, functionality, and client needs while supporting architects, designers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- How did Office Talks exist, and what sets it apart from other corporate furniture brands
Office Talks was founded by me in 2019. Our aim was to reimagine corporate interiors. Our brand combines innovation, quality, and sustainability to provide a complete office lounge solution. From furniture to lighting and acoustic panels, we have it all. Unlike many brands, we prioritize offering personalized solutions to our clients and designing designs that foster a positive work environment. This is what sets us apart from other corporate lounge furniture brands.
- What are some common challenges businesses face when designing office lounge areas? How do you help them to cope up with these challenges?
We have observed that businesses mainly face challenges in two areas. First, they struggle with balancing aesthetics and functionality. They also struggle with ensuring enough space for employees to relax and support collaboration. Another challenge is incorporating comfort and ergonomic seating. At Office Talks, we help businesses effectively overcome these challenges by providing them with designs that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. We offer ergonomic furniture solutions to our clients and strive to create environments that boost employee well-being and productivity at work.
- How do you see the role of breakout areas and lounge spaces evolving in modern offices?
We believe that breakout areas and lounge spaces in corporate have a lot more to offer than just relaxation. The role of these areas are evolving with time. These areas offer the right environment to employees to nurture their creative skills, form bonds with their colleagues and build a collaborative relationship. As a result, it is important to design these areas very mindfully. Setting up ergonomic furniture and equipping the space with advanced technology can truly redefine these spaces and enhance productivity, and collaborative energy in the office significantly.
